NoFap Benefits and Withdrawel Symptoms
On the 24th of December 2018, I began my NoFap journey.
NoFap is the act of completey giving up watching porn and masturbation, also known as No PMO (porn masturbation orgasm) This also includes not looking at explicit images of women on social media accounts or on the web.
I am now on day 7 and here is what I experienced within these 7 days.
After just 3 days I began to feel extremely energetic and motivated.
Days 4-5 - My levels of anxiety had dropped dramatically and I could interact with others easier.
Days 6-7 - The desire to masturbate had increased and the social anxiety had returned. I could not look at women because I felt they’d know I am in lust for them. I don’t have any interest in women at this stage of NoFap. I still look at women as objects, which I hate and condemn greatly.
Overall I am feeling energised and good. I feel I am stronger physically and appear to be looking healthier and more handsome.
What is affecting me at this stage is the psychological stage of the brains reboot process, urging me to masturbate or visit an escort by making me feel anxious and making me crave women only sexually.
I will be posting regularly on this journey. Hopefully I will not relapse and continue on strong to let you all know of the true benefits of NoFap and Semen Retention.
I currently work a low income job and have nothing going for me, so it will be interesting to see what I am capable of doing by having that extra vital energy by conserving my Semen and quitting sexual arousal from porn or images.
